What makes you think you don't have as much milk? Keeping hydrated and nursing on demand are two good ways to keep your supply up. How often is she wanting to nurse?

Has she been doing well with solid foods? If she's eating foods and tolerates drinking cow's milk, you can give her whole milk instead of breast milk. At meal times, give the milk after she eats, so she gets nutrition from the foods first without getting too full of milk. You can also give a little water or diluted juice in sippy cups during the day so she stays hydrated.

Well. I returned to work while she was really small but would have feeding breaks. Then with time when she started on solids ofcourse i had to cut the breaks because work was demanding. Right now it is really when i get back home after work at about 6 or 7pm through out the night. She takes cow milk so well, juice and solids. Maybe it is just part of growing up. Thanks ladies
