I just gave birth last january 23,2016, and got my first menstration the day after I gave birth and just stop bleeding february 14,2016,then after that until now I dont have my menstration yet.. I breastfeed my baby..

That was not your menstration.....that was bleeding from birth. Your uterus does not just go back to normal right after you give birth. It takes 4 to 6 weeks and during that time you will bleed. Your menstration can show up at any time after those 4 to 6 weeks. Those that breastfeed may or may not get their menstration while they breastfeed. It is important to note that you ovulate before you get your first menstration. Breastfeeding is also not birth control, so you need to discuss that with your doctor.

You did not get your first period the day after you gave birth. EVERYONE bleeds for a while after birth... some only bleed for a couple of weeks... some bleed off and on for a couple of months. Breastfeeding 'can' keep you from getting a period (but is NOT a reliable form of birth control), but it really depends. Some women get their periods back 6-8 weeks after giving birth. Some women do not get a period until their child is fully weaned from breastfeeding... and other women fall somewhere in between the two.
