I have a nephew that had that same thing last year. The doctor said it was a "foot and mouth" virus that kids can pick up from just about anywhere. It was not treatable by any meds...the blisters just had to go away by themselves. I would def. still take the baby to the doctors, just to make sure it's nothing else.!

my son use to get those and it turns out it was from putting him the jolly jumper with bare feet and his toes would rub on the hard wood floors.....
I think this might be the explanation. I had her in her jolly jumper yesterday without socks on. I don't put any shoes on her and if, which is rarely, put socks on, they are big in size. She has not quite figured out out to put her feet in her mouth yet, she is slowly started to touch and play with her feet in her hands. One foot has a tiny one, barely noticeable, but her other baby toe has a darker one. I haven't touched it and it didnt see to bother her in her bath. Thank-you all for your help!! I am going to wait and see what they look like tomorrow, then I'll decide whether I'll take her in or not. THANK-YOU! She is my first child and I don't know much about these things.
Check in her mouth. They may be in there too. It is called "hand, foot and mouth". It spreads easy too but is less severe the older you get. I am a preschool teacher and if one child gets it then it is only a few days before a few others show up with it. It is contagious before the blisters appear. Some times they will get a fever before they get the blisters. Make sure you sterilize all of the babies toys with 2 caps of bleach in a sink of warm water to be sure it doesn't coem back. Good luck.

Yeah, definitely don't play with them. I'd leave socks and shoes off and just let her feet "air" They'll heal eventually. Soaking her feet in warm water would probably help too. Was she wearing shoes that were too small on her?
