I'd be concerned that there were other medical problems occurring. Go to the doctor.

What do you mean you didn't get far? A doctor would get tests for you if you told them you'd never had a period.

Sorry, I can't believe that your mother didn't pick up on this when you were an adolescent? I can't believe that you've not picked up on it yourself before now. And why hasn't your husband picked up on it?

I wouldn't waste any time - I'd get to the GP as soon as possible.

Good luck.

"Late starters" generally means 15 or 16, not 24. I had a cousin who still hadn't got hers at 17, so it was clearly a concern. It turns out she had a benign but inoperable tumour on her pituitary gland. However, other reasons can include diet, weight and any number of other problems. However, not having your period at 24 is of particular concern and should be addressed by a doctor. There is nothing normal about it.

24 is not late, it's a potential medical problem!

Trust me, I'd LOVE to not have a cycle, but if it's not happening, and you've not had a hysterectomy, or gone through menopause, you need to be concerned.

You really need to bring this question up to your doctor. They will be better equipped to tell you what your fertility status is. Good luck.
