I'm bleeding during my pregnancy

This my third pregnancy and I'm bleeding for the first time, should I be scared?

bleeding during pregnancy is normally not normal. If it is red get medical attention immediately.
If it is brown go on bed rest and drink water. This should make it slow down or stop. If it doesn't get medical attention.
If you are filling a pad then get help.

Normal healthy pregnancies have no bleeding most of the time, I say most because sex can cause cervical bleeding through irritation in healthy pregnancies. I spent most of my first trimester on bed rest due to a threatened miscarriage which is what brown blood can be.
