My 19 month old baby has a lot of anger issues he throws everything at me .He pulls his hair out. He bangs his head off the floor and the walls. He gets angry for no reason. This is very hard for me bc I'm a single mother

A 19 month old can't have anger issues, it's frustration at not being able to communicate.
The best way to handle it is to get don to his level, hold his hands and calmly ask him what he is wanting. Get him to point to what he wants and then repeat the word so he starts to talk and ask for things.
If the tantrum has already escalated then let him know that you will talk to him when he's calmed down.
Also as Jodi said about the things he throws, take them away from him and let him know that you don't throw things.

He isn't getting angry for no reason. He has his reasons, you just don't know what they are. Sometimes it helps if you can figure out why, because that makes it easier to determine how to manage it. Just remember this is his only way of communicating his frustration with you, so trying to work out what is happening could minimise the tantrums.

Having said that, you need to ignore his tantrums. You need to remain calm. How are you currently handling him and responding to his tantrums? Are you giving in to him?

With regard to the throwing things, take those things off him and don't give them back, and let him know if he throws things, he won't get them back. It's gone. He is old enough to understand "gone".
