Is the bleeding getting worse or are you getting large blood clots? If it is a miscarriage, there isn't a lot they can do about it. You don't need to be in hospital for it if it is progressing normally. I had both of my miscarriages, and I was only hospitalised for one of them because I hemorrhaged and needed emergency surgery (but I was 13 weeks pregnant at the time). So if I were you I would watch the bleeding and rest. If the bleeding worsens, go back to the hospital.

Your post is a little confusing. You were "raced" to the hospital with blood and period pain, the doctor did tests and sent you home to take Panadol. Did the doctor tell you at that point you could be miscarrying? You were then "raced" to the hospital again (not sure why this time - was the bleeding worse) and told you were having a miscarriage. But they didn't look properly. If they didn't look properly, how could they have known your cervix was closed?

Unfortunately, it may well be a miscarriage. A miscarriage at 7 weeks is not unusual. They probably sent you home because there was very little they could do about it. But I will say your post was a little hard to read and interpret.
