Your baby is one month old and it takes longer than that for most women to get back to pre-prego size. But, even though breastfeeding burns calories it is different for every women it seemed I held onto a few pounds till I weened. You can still eat healthy and watch your calories. Depending on your calorie needs no less than 1800 calories. Your back ache could be related to the epidural and you should talk with your DR. but my back went completely out about 6 weeks after I had my twins and I needed a chiropractor because having all that weight in your belly can mess with your back alignment.

For the fatness, do more exercise and check your diet. Reduce eating cholesterol foods, fatty foods, drink more water, etc.

And you are only a month out from having a baby. Losing all your pregnancy weight in one month is not only unrealistic, but in many cases unhealthy. Some women do, but those are the ones that barely put on any weight during pregnancy.

Stop eating bad food. Drink lots of water. Go see your doctor about the back pain. Sounds like they punctured through the epidural space, and perhaps leaked fluid into your back, or hit a nerve.
