I have 3 teenagers. 2 boys and a girl. They don't listen to what I tell them (mostly the boys) and they are always fighting. I have always grounded do bad behaviour but now they just walk out of the house and completely ignore the rules. Any idea on how I can get more respect from them?

For the 18 year old... you write up a rental type agreement and you both sign it. If he/she does not uphold their responsibilities according to the agreement... you evict them. You let the 17 year old know that the same thing will happen on his/her 18th birthday. Same w/ the 15 year old, but they still have a bit of time to get their act together.

What do YOU do for them? If you give them any money or rides anywhere (w/ the exception of straight to/from school)... that stops immediately. If you cook their food or do their laundry or any other chores w/ their belongings... that stops immediately. If you pay for anything that is not a necessity (like a phone, internet privileges, video games... whatever, basically anything other than food for basic meals and needed clothes)... that stops too. Anything they want... they earn. Period.

1) Your 18 year old is an adult and you can not tell them how to do things anymore.
2) Your 17 year old is almost 18 but you still have say over what they do.
3) your 15 year old you can still do something with.

To me it does not sound like you were consistent with what you did do.

Their 15,17 and 18. I have tried taking stuff off them but it doesn't seem to be very effective

How old are they? Did you ever take away things from them like tech stuff, video games, going places?
