I just start my son on this today (he was also born 10 weeks premature if that matters) because I have read a few articles on it and read a few forums about the stuff as well and sounded like It would work, I have tried everything else to help relieve his every day of every second spit up, gas, excessive crying, reflux, and chronic constipation with gas drops, formula changes, kayro syrup, gripe water, massaging, warm baths, tummy time etc. Nothing has work so hope this fixes his problems long term I'm tired of seeing my baby hurting all the time and I can't fix it for him..anyone use this or have used this for there babies who had the same problems as mine?? Also curious how long it took to work especially for the constipation and any side effects I should expect??? Please share...=)

I understand what you are trying to do but you need to be careful of what you get and give to your child. Be sure its something the doctor would recommend. Children this young are hard to know what to do with if you do not have a doc that is on top of everything.

All the things I have mentioned that I have tried were things my sons doctor told me to try and the doc even had my son try 2 different kinds of formula I wasn't experimenting at all only doing what I was told by a doctor. My son is seeing aother doctor on the 1st for a second opinion because his other doctor wouldn't consider doing any testing on him to check for medical conditions until he was older. The probiotics is the only thing I have tried on my own after doing quite a bit of research and reading other forums by moms about probiotics. I've read a lot of good things about how it's very beneficial for babies, kids, and adults. Only trying to help my son have a better digestive health.

I would highly suggest that you quit experimenting with different things and talk to the baby's doctor to get a good idea of what is going on. There may be a health issue that causes these symptoms other than it being the symptom itself and besides that giving things like this to a baby under 6 months or even a year old is not recommended.
