I need craft ideas to do with my 2 years old son.

I tend to do seasonal stuff- every month Parenting magazine shows new crafty ideas and I steal a lot from them! Also, I saw the coolest thing where you take 2 kleenex boxes, cover them in plain paper, reinforce the tops w/ duct tape and add foam pyramids to the front to make Monster Feet! Your kid can paint/color them however he wants and stomp around in them when he's done!! I'm working on my second box of tissues now and when I'm done we're making them!!

Depends how messy you want to get. Finger painting is always fun, as is play dough. Painting stones is quite good fun.Have you come across Magic Maize? It's like polystyrene pieces that you stick together with just water. A cheap option is making pictures from different dried pasta shapes, as long as he's past the putting everything in his mouth stage.

Make some homemade play-doh (it's ok when noone is watching for you to play with it too. hehehe). Get a pine cone, if you don't have any pine trees where you live, craft stores often sell them. Smear peanut butter on it, then roll it in bird seed. Tie a string around it, and hang it up and see how many different birds you can see eating off of it. Finger paint with pudding.
