I need help weaning my LO off the breast

My LO is 13 months old and I've been breast feeding exclusively. I'm ready to stop breast feeding because I don't feel very comfortable and I'm losing weight like crazy. I weigh less then I did pre pregnancy. The problem with this is that he only eats certain table food and he'd rather jus get milk from me. I tried to give him cows milk but he had a really bad reaction to it. I really don't know what to do how can I stop if he won't really eat food and he can't drink cows milk yet. Any help please?

Do you have a good supply of pumped milk? If not maybe start pumping and building a supply for him. What kind of reaction to cows milk has he had? I know goats milk is actually preferred due to easy digestion.

Ways to wean, start cutting out feedings. Like leave the am, afternoon and night time feedings for a while, then start cutting one of those out. After a time, just leave the night time feeding. That is always the hardest to break. You may have to go cold turkey at that point, but it is very difficult.

As far as table foods go, the less bfings you are doing, he may start eating solids more.
