You need to have the baby evaluated tested for autism. He may or may not have it.
If he does you will catch it early so he can be treated for it and you can learn how to deal with it. Good Luck To You

{My son is 26 months old, and he has been displaying symptoms of autism. He is not talking yet. The only words he say is bye, no. Sometimes he laugh unconsciously. He walks on tip toes. He blab lots of words I don even understands.}
----- At this age, he should have some words and some babbling going on. My son was 3 plus before we understood him but he would point and use his own words for the objects and things he wanted. I would tell him what that was so he could learn the world. Boys tend to talk later than girls do. Also is he walking on tip toes once in a while or all the time? If it is just here and there or when he is playing it is normal but if it is all the time that is another matter to check out with the doctor.

{He puts everything in the mouth. }
-----Normal for this age.

{He gave eye contact thou and don't mind been around other kids thou he don't play with them.}
-----Not all kids will play with other kids. It is normal for some to do so and some not to. If he keeps to himself all the time that might be something to worry about.

{Also he don't knw how to dress himself or even undress himself. Also throws toys immediately he start playing with them.}
-----At this age a lot of kids can not totally undress or dress themselves but can get most of it. Are you dressing him all the time and that is why he does no do this? If you dress him, the of course he is not going to do it. As for tossing toys...age appropriate though you should be controlling how he plays.

I would do what the other mom suggested about visiting the doctor for evaluation. But if there has not been any mention of issues from the doctor at his other visits then he is a totally normal kid. Just because a child may show signs of Austim does not mean they have it and the more you look for it the more you loose out on his growing up. Also if you are doing a lot of things for him or not making him mind you, that can be some of your issues as well.

The first step is to go to the doctor and get a formal diagnosis. Then the doctor can help you with ways to help him.
