I won my cps case in June of this year and my son's father took him and won't let me see him or give him back to me. I've read allot of your comments about what to do if the father is on the birth certificate but what do you do when he isn't on the birth certificate and you have cps paperwork stating that you are the custodial parent. Do I still need to put child support on him I haven't seen my son in 3 weeks now and I miss him allot and I really don't have any help on figuring this thing out alone. Is there any advice on who to talk to now and do you have any names or numbers if so please email them to me or share online with me. I'm fresh out of luck on what to do. The child support agency told me that I could not put child support on the father because I did not have him with me. Wow! this is harder than I thought it would be. Please help me take the necessary steps to getting things done.
