I need some suggestions/help for my baby's skin rashes

I have a 1 year old and 9 months baby, he is very active and smart, he loves to go anywhere in the house, touch everything but his skin is very sensitive, every time he feel itchy of course he is going to rub her skin but he is not stop rubbing until his skin get more worst and become wounded, and now there's a lot of rashes because of rubbing his skin anytime.Please help I suggestions. Your son is sensitive indeed. The most important thing is to find out what triggers his itching and avoid it. However, the more he is exposed to triggering factors the more he gets antibodies in his body. When of the solutions is to do sensitivity skin tests. After the result shows what is the real cause then a desensitization approach can take place by visiting a allergy clinic. In this process he will frequently be exposed in a low dose for his triggering factors. This will eventually decrease the amount of sensitivities to that item. I hhope this helps....
