I need sweet breakfast ideas that aren't sugar.

I'm so used to eating things like waffles with Nutella or waffles with peanut butter and syrup daily for breakfast. I'm trying to eat better but I need some sweet breakfast ideas. I know I don't eat the best and that's why I'm trying to change my eating habits. It's hard but I know I need to do it. I've been eating eggs and oatmeal this week and have also been drinking mostly water.

Sounds like a gross old-person meal, but fiber ia important! I love eating wheatabix... they're like... bricks of cereal. Not sweet at all. BUT. That can be fixed. Smear a bit of natural peanut butter on it, cut up a banana, pour the milk... then add a sprinkle of cinnamon and a tiny bit of honey.
Not all sugars are made equally. And none of them are really that "bad" for you... its all about portion control- which you dont get a fair shot at with most prepackaged things.
Your body needs a lot of nutrients. If you cover those bases, and buy the foods that come most closely from farm (read ingredients on boxes, cans, bags etc), you will notice a fairly extreme change in your eating habits, and likely, find yourself satisfied.

You can add fruit to your oatmeal for a bit of natural sweetness. Honey is also a good natural sweetener.
