I weighed 138-141 before I got pregnant. I'm 5'4 and I wore a size 5-7. Now (At six months) I'm 161 and a size 9-11. I'm worried that I'm gaining too much weight. I wear a size D, and I have big hips (type of body shape) I don't want to get up to 200 pounds. How much weight should I be gaining per month and if I'm gaining too much, are there any good workouts that someone can recommend?
