We always get short one can she is a 4-6oz baby drinker. My first child we never ran out. But she is eating more food from the spoon now so her milk to shouldnt be getting short. Wic told me if I ever run out to never spend out of pocket they can give me 1-2 extra cans from their emergency inventory so I'll be there later to pick up/

Not a good idea. You need to find a way to get her formula to last until Tuesday. Food bank, scrounge up loose change, something. WIC is not supposed to provide all of her formula needs, so if you can't afford to feed her you need to look into other avenues of assistance or income. Good luck!

I always advise new moms to sign up on the formula sites for coupons. You might even get some free samples or at least some good dollar off coupon so a can is almost free. It might not always be the same brand you little one takes but it can be mixed with what you have to get you over a rough patch. And it you don't use it you can donate the cans to a shelter or food bank.

Not a good idea when introducing milk it should only be in small doses like when putting it with food. eg making cereal. It's not recommended to give them cows milk until around 12 months and even then start off slow because they can have trouble processing the protein it can give them a very upset stomach make them constipated and worse sometimes. I always stock up on it every chance I get. When you get a good pay get 2 lots. I do. Otherwise for like someone said ask for samples from the hospital or something.
