Seriously shorty, you need to HELP people....gee wiz.
Ok Comfort. You just had a baby. It can take a while for your uterus to go back to its normal size, bfing can help that. If you are not bfing, no problem, it will get there eventually. Right now, do your kegal exercises to help get everything back into shape. Walk. Eat properly. It may not be time to start things like stomach crunches since you are so recent with birth. Especially if you had a c section, then it takes a bit longer. Drink lots of water, and don't put processed foods like chips and junk food into your mouth. Focus on fruits, veggies, and if you eat meat, lean protein. Don't be so hard on yourself. You just had a baby.
