I think I'm in my third trimester but I keep getting negative tests!

I don't know what to do! I am 19 years old, have PCOS, 5'1" and 270 lbs (I know, I am way overweight but working on it) and am in a very happy relationship.
Since June, I have need having typical symptoms of pregnancy. First, I had light spotting way before my period was due (I was on birth control) it lasted about a few fours. Then, I began to feel sick, headaches, etc, gained weight, then at about 19-21 weeks, began to feel movement in one spot. i ignored it because I was on birth control and there was no way I was pregnant. I have been getting bigger only in my tummy and have gained about 20 lbs. I have all the symptoms on the dot with timing (as in, first trimester, you feel this, second, this, etc) Well, in the past month, I have been getting lots of discharge (sorry tmi), a lot more movement in different places and even sometimes responses to music or poking at my belly. My breasts seem slightly bigger but not leaking or sore. (they were sore a lot in the earlier months). I have a ton of back pain and it feels like my sacrum is kinda splitting. doesn't hurt as much as it is uncomfortable. I have no one to talk to about this because I don't want anyone to think I am crazy and I'm waiting to meet my new doctor on the 11th. Anyone have any advice??

You'll have to wait until you see your doctor.
If you are pregnant they will be able to see it on an ultrasound.
You can get false negative urine tests so you should have gone and got a blood test done.
There's not much advice we can give you.

Because for the first 5 months or so, I kind of passed it off as having the flu, virus or gas. And because my tests were all negative, I assumed there was no need to worry about it that I should just change my diet or something but from around what would've been 6 months and on, the movements and everything else became way more apparent. Upon taking more tests that were negative, I honestly was in denial for a while but finally called my doc and since my doc quit, I have to wait to meet my new doc. That's what point I'm at now. I called the 10th and they couldn't get me in for a whole month. it's ridiculous.

Why have you waited this long if you have been having "symptoms" and think you are in your 3rd trimester?

Oh, true. I've just heard of docs not doing it unless it's a positive urine tests.

Why would a doc do a blood test when you have a positive urine test? Most docs actually will do both tests because of the likelihood of a false negative urine test.

Thank you for the advice!
I see lots of posts of stubborn docs who only give blood tests if it's a positive urine test and I'm afraid my dr will be that way :/
