she throws tantrum ALL the time. When her sock is sticking out of her shoe too much, or she can't get her pants up, or pull her shirt on, she cries about everyting. I try to ignore it and it gets worse, I try to talk to her and it makes her mad, she hits and kicks. I'm actually scared to try to comfort her sometimes. If any one else tries to talk to her she get even more mad. She cries when she doesn't get her way. She used to be so good. I taught her that sometimes we don't get everything we want and thats ok, she used to be ok with that. She used to always help out with housework and had a great disposition. She used to ask permission for things, and be so reasonable. all of a sudden she is like a monster. I can't figure out why, I don't know what to do. All we do is fight, it breaks my heart every day. I just want my sweet little girl back. This is my first!! help!!

Three year olds ARE monsters (that's why God makes them so cute too though). Set reasonable limits, give reasonable choices, pick your battles, remain consistent, and PRAY. This too shall pass.

Of course, my first set of 3 year olds are 9 year old girls now and my son is about to turn 3. We're all KINDS of drama in this house. lol

Sounds like a phase to be honest. My son use to do all that but he is slowly calming down. I tryed to reduce what was going to stress him out. All kids hate getting stuck or not getting their way. My son still throws tanty's over not getting his way just not all the time now... hes nearly 4 and he gets very involved in something so to take it away like a movie so he can go to school he gets upset but after talking to him about it he slowly understands.
Just relax and it will clam down.
