she gets up at 6:00 am and won't go to sleep until between 11pm to 3am. I have done everything in cluding giving her benadryl at night and nothing works. She doesn't take naps. I am to the breaking point. There has to be something I can do to get her to sleep more.

well, I have noticed that no matter WHAT time i put my kids to bed, they are up at 6AM. so what i have done is, bed time is 7:30 pm. end of story, no, I'm not tired, can i get a drink, i need to go potty business after 7:30, all that is done BEFORE bedtime. at three years old, she needs to keep very active all day, let her play all day long, no TV (or keep it limited) and quit medicating her!!!! after a full day of being active, give her a nice relaxing bath with lavender soap (spray her pillow with lavender scent), and play lullabies on a CD in her room on repeat. read her a short story. keep her room dark
