Have you tried mixing it with strawberry or chocolate syrup. My youngest isn't the biggest fan of milk but at lunch I let him have strawberry (which is his favorite). It may not be the most nutritious way to get him to drink it but it gets the calcium and vitamin D that the milk provides into him.
If you're worried about him not getting enough of the milt nutrients you may want to try yogurt, yogurt smoothies, or maybe a cheese stick at snack time.
