I want to loose 10 pounds but I dont want to starve myself??

You don't have to starve yourself, You are supposed to eat a small meal every 2 hours of the day and only three bigger meals. You can do steamed chicken or turkey, with veggies but it is best steamed. Anything that doesn't have a lot of fat and calories that is a snack you could eat. So starving yourself is not the only way. And I only had to 15 minutes of working out I would walk or do some of the home dance videos for weight loss. but exercise is important and does make a difference even just 15 minutes.
