I was 65kg before Pregnancy, and after Childbirth i was 83kg, a month later, i lost 10,2kg and now it is 3months and i am still 74kg. Pls i need advice on how to loose my weight and go back to my weight before pregnancy, which is 64kg. Any tipps that worked for you will be highly appreciated

I was determined to get into a certain dress for JR/Sr Prom my Jr year, (1986) this was what I followed to get there. It took me, I would guess, 6 months to lose the pounds I needed to (around 20 I think).

Thanks Faye, though i eat bread every morning for breakfast, i have stop eating Butter, i drink water, i think i would be drinking alot really before food. Did this really worked for you? Thanks alot for being there for me.

No seconds! No bread and butter. No soda pop. No diet soda pop. Plenty of water. Drink water as you cook that way when you are ready to sit down to eat, your stomach is full of water and you will eat less.
