I will like to learn more about kids being bully because I believe my daughter is being bully does anyone have experience with this delicate subject!!

I agree. Talk to her parents. They might not know their daughter is behaving that way. As we all know, children will act differently when we are not around.

My daughter is not a bully !! she is being bully by a girl around my neighborhood who is younger than she is but has a lot of male friends who also like to say remark when she passes by. My daughter is not scare of the other girl but because she is much older my daughter doesn't want to hurt is particular girl. I try to tell the girl to "stop" but this little girl is very disrespectable. I alway taught my children to be good and kind but this is getting me frustrated.

If this is happening at school then you should contact the school about it first. If it is just some kid in the neighborhood you need to speak with the parent's. You could start by contacting your local police if you believe it is beyond your ability to help.
