The one year old can eat anything you eat. Make sure it's healthy, lots of veggies, not too much salt and sugar.

The three week old will only need milk for a few months yet.

Your one year old can have whatever you're eating bite sized or mashed. Cheese cubes, crackers, cut fruit and yogurt make for great snacks.

Anything you eat you can blend or mash for your child. By the time my children were that old all I had to do was cut things up into bite size pieces.

Cooked vege's are great finger food as well, especially broccoli and cauliflower because they have handles.
