If Im 30 Weeks Pregnant Can I Still Get A Job?

Most employers, due to potential liability will not hire a woman so close to term. And, no, they will not tell you it's because you're pregnant, but that they've found a more suitable applicant. And, in reality, at that specific point in time. You would be under physical limitations that a person who is not pregnant would not be under, so the person without physical limitations would be hired.
Since pregnancy is not a disability, sexual orientation, religion or other protected class, it is not discrimination.

Well I personally wouldn't hire someone that is 30 weeks pregnant. By the time you have trained them they will leave.
Unless they tell you they haven't hired you because you are pregnant then it's not discrimination. You would have to prove that it is. They will most probably tell you that there was someone more suitable for the job.
