I just broke up with my sons father, we were both unhappy and fightong constantly. He was verbally abusive towards me alot. It sometimes got physical and I just kept hanging on to that perfect image of the perfect family.. It was controlling and the bad outweighes the good I finally had to end it and today was the third day that he came over to see our son who is 19 months old and he agreed that this was the right thing to do we dont love eachother and he didnt respect me at all. But he cried when he was leaving because he misses the baby and it just killed me. He is moving soon and has no furniture of his own he has nothing. I feel bad... should I feel bad? What do I do to npt feel like this it was heartwrenching

Just because you are broken up doesn't mean you have to get over it just like that. It's ok to feel bad for him but don't confuse that with meaning you should go back to someone who is abusive to you and admits that he doesn't respect you at all.

U very much care for him if you feel bad. It was his fault instead of making it workout for your yalls baby, he could have it all but he rather walk away and not be by his child 24/7. U shouldnt feel bad hes a man he should feel very bad for leaving yall behind!
