If you were watching a documentary about working moms what would you want to see?

I'm a married mom of a 4-year-old girl and television producer working on a documentary about working mothers called The Motherload. I'd love to hear from you about what issues, concerns, topics, stories you feel are important to cover in a documentary like this.

My sister rang me frantic today trying to find some one to take care of her 8 year old son for a few days because he was poorly, she has just started a new job and her husband has just managed to scrap been made redundant so it neither one really could do with taking time off but she would have done if we hadn't have sorted it. So with that been so fresh I'd like to see the struggle some mum's have to find child care for their kids when all they want is to take care of them themselves especially when you have ppl like my mil out there who jut barks "she'll have to take time off" with out understanding sometimes it's not that easy too.

The transition from a stay at home mom to a working mom, and the pros and cons of each. How difficult the transition can be for the mom and family, but how everyone figures it out. Places that may offer at work day care. The balance it takes to be a working mom and dealing with housework, children, husband, and general life. Breaking the stigma of a working mother.
