iI'm 9 weeks and was wondering if i can sleep on my belly ?

You won't be able to once you start getting a baby belly so you might as well now. I don't know how true it is, but I have always heard that by 5 or 6 months into the pregnancy, you should always sleep on your left side as it provides more blood flow to the baby.

Yes, it is when the baby starts popping out that makes it impossible and really uncomfortable. Once you get bigger, it is advised to not sleep on your belly OR your back. Laying on your back can cut off major blood supplies. To much pressure from the baby. You won't have these problems until you are 4 months or later though.

If that is what makes you comfortable, go for it. Being comfortable won't last forever...take advantage of it while you can!!!!!

You can sleep anyway you feel comfortable. You'll soon be too big to do it so enjoy it while you still can.
