im due in 2 months and 7 days and ive already gained 50 pounds. pre pregnancy i was about 165, now im up to 215. with my son (5 years ago) i only gained 29 pounds and that weight was off within 3 weeks. How can i not gain too much more weight and still be healthy? i dont wanna have to loose 100 pounds after she is born. what can i eat morning, noon, and night and not gain another 40 pounds?
