Im going to school, im actually a junior but i go to a alternative high school that allows me to get more credits in one year. Also my son is in the day care at my school. I was wonder if when graduate school which will be may of 2015, if i should move out with my son father. He supports me in all my decisions and supports for my son. I know im lucky because most other teen moms at my school dont have the babies father around. But also my mom threatened me "that if i mom out she will call the cops, take my son away, and she tells me i will only throw my life away. How do you think i should handle this situation. I am determined to go to college just for a better future for my son, nobody will stop me nd im not going to throw my life away....

Since you are under 18 it would probably be smart to talk to a lawyer to find out if your mom has any legal ground to make good on her threats. Quite a few lawyers will answer a few simple questions over the phone for free. If the answer is that she DOES have a legal standing to make good on her threats... you may either need to just bide your time until you are 18... or look into getting emancipated if you want to move out sooner. You still have almost a full year though and a lot can happen in a year. I wouldn't worry about it all just yet... but go ahead and look for legal answers to your questions so that you have a 'game plan' in place.
