Well he is 16, not a baby himself. He will have to learn to handle it. The longer you wait to tell him, the more pissed he will be when he finds out. You could always invite him to move back in, and tell him how much you miss him.

I realize I can't hide it but he is my first born and I don't want him to be jealous of the baby I don't want him to think that o am replacing him cuz he moved out

I agree witht he others, you're just going to have to tell him, you can't hide it forever.

You just need to sit down with him and tell him. I am going to warn you it probably is not going to go well. When I told my 14yr old I was expecting again he was very angry and literally sobbed. Even now that I am ready to give birth in a week he positively hates the idea and expresses often how unhappy he is about this.

Yes I agree with Emma just let him know then he can make up his own mind about things

I would just tell him, early in the pregnancy so he has 9 months to get used to the idea.
