october 18th 2015 my daughters father had taken her away from me. him and his mother threw me down the stairs and beat me and threw me out of the house and the police did nothing about it because there was no court order in place at that time. he kept her from me for 48 hours and i tried everything to get her back but nothing worked he finally did giver her back and we went to court october 22 and he got visitation on saturdays from 9:30 til 1:30 and sundays from 4 til 8. i found out on october 23rd that he has been raping his sister since she was 8 and she is now 21 and has autism so no one believes her. she has filed a police report because he also beat her half to death on october 23rd after she injured his son while watching him. i go for supervised visits on wednesday november 18th. on november 13th he got drunk and beat his cousin half to death and was leaving him to die at the fairgrounds when the police caught him. they let him go and rushed his cousin to the hospital where he was then life flighted to pittsburgh and is in surgery and getting screws and pins in his jaws to hold them together and will have to have his mouth wired just for 8 weeks. my daughters father is already facing criminal charges for a car accident 3 years ago where a 16 year old girl lost her life. i am terrified for mine and my daughters safety at this point and the law is not working in our favor anymore.. opinion? PRAYERS!!!!

It is not supervised yet.. We go to court in Wednesday to ask for supervision. The judge will not grant me a PFA I already tried. She said bc I was not put in the hospital that she cannot give me that

Is the visitation he has supervised? If so by who?
I would also suggest talking to your lawyer about restraining orders for you and maybe your daughter. Even get an emergency hearing to change the visitation again.
