It will definitely be a challenge - been there, done that. I started my medical transcription course from home when my daughter was 6 months old, wound up having my 2nd girl just about the time I was finishing up and studying for finals, so I had a 19-month old and a newborn.

IT CAN BE DONE :) It's super that you want to go back to school. Best thing I can suggest is try to study during nap time or, like Tamara suggested, let your little one play/read with you - they really don't care what you read when they are that small :)

Another thing that worked for me was clearly defining a "Study/work" space and being very clear that when Mama was studying or working then our girls needed to use their "inside" voices and that if there were papers/books in Mama's work space they were not to touch without asking - helps loads now that I am working because they got used to having to ask before getting up into the work/study area.

It will be a challenge but You can do it, There are a ton of moms who do it and get good grades. I think its awesome you want to go back to school. You will do amazing.

You can study during nap time, while give your little one some toys to play with and study then, You can read your text books to him/her as you cuddle they dont care what you read just read calmly and they are happy.
