I can't ontact my lawyer! As of the divorce she no longer will do anything for me. Reason being when I went to her I was a stay at home mom, he told me to get a lawyer, he wanted a divorce after 25 years of marriage. When I consulted wth the atty and told her I hve no funds. She said he wld have to pay. End of story, out of 200,000 divorce the court. Only ordered him to pay 35,000.. That is why my atty won't help me. I jst started working for a lousy 9 hour, I hve a beautiful 9yr old to raise and will be turing 60 in 3 months. He went from making 300-400 thousand a year to 70,000 a year. Thts what he told the judge so my lawyer pursued investigations, etc and tht is why the divorce cost so much. Then during sprring break he took our daughter to utah his new wife and friends and rented a condo for 11,000.00 a week. Of course he will write it off as business. He owns his own company and thts how he gets away with not showing income, expenses, etc. He told me once years ago if we ever got divorced he wld get our daughter because he has money and how powered atty. I hve nothin. But I did win phyasical custody of my daughter.

It sounds like he trying to pull a fast one. Contact your lawyer about the Idemity Policy, as I think that is more life insurance than health insurance.

I agree with Sara, contact the IRS and provide the divorce decree and they SHOULD then leave you alone.

Contact them and send them a copy of your divorce agreement and judgement from the court.
