as a new mom you are told five thousand different things and treated like you know nothing this is the only advice I give new moms follow your gut your intuition is usually right on you know that baby better than anyone and you are a good mom

I was supposed to be induced with my son, but had an emergency c section instead. Everything went well and I actually can look back and most of it is a fog lol. It will be just fine, you are just having anxiety, and normal reactions to a preconcieved idea of water breaking and the whole natural way of your body going in to labor. I was so nervouse when I was getting ready to have my son. I was supposed to be induced on a friday, however my son had other ideas and came on that monday instead. he is my first child to. The doctor knows whats best of the baby, put your trust in God and him and everything will be wonderful! Just remember you cant wait to see the little face and kiss the little hands and feet of your little baby that you have felt for 9 long months. Its the most wonderful thing ever! I would take as many naps now before you get induced as possible. By the time stamp on your post i see that your little one should already be here. I hope everthing is well :)

Every woman's labor, like every woman's child, is very different. There is no way to compare, but overall I can tell you that you Will be fine. Trust me, the difficulty and pain of childbirth is NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING compared to parenthood. I got an epidural at 5 cm dilation and after that she was born in less than 2 hours. I didn't feel a thing....until the next day.

*sigh* they cannot accurately predict a weight of the baby in utero. They can make a guess, but I will tell you their guess for both my children was over 1 pound.

Is there a reason that they are inducing you a bit early rather than letting nature take its course?
