My baby was born with infant eczema..very stubborn reddish marks; sometimes they flare up, sometimes they seem to have diminished then they re-appear all over again. I feel as if I have tried everything in the market!! Sometimes they really itch too!

My son had severe weeping/itchy eczema as a baby, the doctors wanted to start him on cortisone at the age of four months, but I decided against that. I went to natural-pathic clinician that did wonders for us. I was able to change my diet, due to I was nursing my son, he had multiple food allergies from wheat, corn, dairy, you name it. So if you are nursing, maybe altering your diet a little might help, otherwise they have special formulas for babies with allergies, but I believe your pediatrician has to prescribe it. I was told by multiple doctors and dermatologists that my son would have it for the rest of his life with possible scars, but he is 20 years now and has no signs of eczema. It took a good year and a half with an altered diet for me while nursing, and for him as he began solid foods to clear it up. PS. oatmeal paste helps relieve the itching and redness I hope that this is a little helpful as you try to find something for your baby.
