You need to get some help.
Being overweight can be linked to depression, lack of motivation to change, comfort eating, etc. Not to mention that depression can be linked to being overweight, different chemicals can affect you, poor body image, etc.

You need to find a professional who can help you get out of this rut. One will quite possible cure the other. Exercise can release feel good chemicals in your brain that can help conquer the depression, and if you feel better, you may be motivated to do MORE to make yourself feel better. The trick is finding the right jump start, and that's where you need the help. You may need an antidepressant to help get you out of the rut, or there may be other help that a doctor or therapist can offer you that will help just as much.

On top of that, your husband needs to be supportive. You have a medical condition that you need help with. He needs to understand that. Your condition is not an excuse, and you should never use it as one, and he shouldn't accept it as an excuse, but it is a legitimate problem that you are going to need help and support to work around.
I'm also overweight (about 210 now that I'm pregnant, but usually about 185-190lbs) and I also suffer from depression. I'm currently working with a therapist and was on antidepressants (I'm only off them right now because there's a chance they could cause complications with my delivery, I'm pregnant and due in a couple weeks) Trust me when I say, you need help. I tried to do it on my own for so many years and I just kept breaking down. It's not weakness to ask for help, it's a strength to know when you need it. You cannot move mountains alone.
