You need to have a conversation with her about this first and foremost. She needs to understand that texts are inappropriate for her to recieve and find out where she met this 15 year old boy and then block him from her phone. In fact, 12 year olds with phones should have only numbers of the parents, grandparents, trusted adults, and other aunts or uncles (adults) whom she can contact when she needs help, picked up from activities, or emergencies. She does not need a phone at this age really and you can set this phone up to be used for such. She is way too young to be talking to boys 3 years her senior. There is no need for her to be around those boys those ages very often outside of family.

You might want to add to the conversation about the types of pictures that kids are taking these days and sending to each other of being nude. This is against the law for one, once someone else has those pics she needs to know that it can land all over the internet and cause her some problems in her future too. You need to be foreward about this. And keep an eye on that phone.
