I'm mother to a former 24 weeker preemie boy, Nathan, who is now almost two years old. I have recently launched a new non-profit organization called Pebbles of Hope to help premature babies survive and thrive in low-resource areas through parent education. We are launching a couple of programs in November tha may be of interest to some of you.
1. WEBINAR SERIES
We will be hosting our inaugural webinar series in November on the important topic of preemie nutrition. Experts will host sessions on breastfeeding, nutritional requirements for preemies and food allergies. To learn more or register for one of our sessions, visit www.pebblesofhope.org/webinar-series
2. THRIVE GUIDE
Pebbles of Hope is developing a thrive guide, which is an interactive tools with expert information, instructional videos and parent tips for preemie parents in underserved areas. We are calling on all preemie parents to share videos with their tips for how they help their preemie thrive and post to hashtag #PebblesThriveGuide. We look forward to hearing from you!
Please visit our website at www.pebblesofhope.org or find us on facebook at www.facebook.com/pebblesofhope to learn more.
