is anyone else suffering with very bad anxiety while pregnant im off my anti depresants since pregnant and so anxious please someone help doctor says it wont effect the baby but still so worried

Look into yoga. Calm, easy yoga. Easy listening music and maybe facials. Use this time to find balance. You can do this Hun. Give yourself the chance to relax in a calm soothing environment and think clearly. Yoga helps find balance,reading and relaxation are key to calming the nerves. If you r anxious about being a mom, we all go through it. Just know you can handle it and that you have the will to make the way.
