Is breastfeeding hard?

Im only 16 and im afraid my breast arent developed enough, can i still breastfeed because i want the healthiest and most natural thing for my baby

If you are developed enough to get pregnant, you are developed enough to breastfeed. You may or may not be ABLE to depending on a variety of factors, but your body (with rare exception) is fully capable of breastfeeding.



Whether or not it is 'easy' depends on the personal experiences of who you ask. For ME, other than a few very minor, short lived struggles... yes. ;)

Honey. Its the most natural thing in the world. If you are pregnant then your body will do its thing with the breast feeding. However remember that not all of us can breast feed no matter what age we are. Speak to your nurses or midwife or doctor and they can give you detailed info. I can tell you that my milk took three days to arrive which is longer than normal and stressful. You need to just relax and let it happen. If it doesnt then thats what formula is for. Good luck.
