It depends on what you are looking for. I compared Chicco with Graco with my last baby. I ended up going with Graco. The one thing I did not like with Chicco is that when you have the infant seat attached to the stroller you can't get into the basket underneath the stroller. Not a big deal, but from experience with my older two I knew that this would be an annoying problem when we were out shopping and needed the basket or even on long outings. The Graco one that I was looking at allowed you to be able to get access to the basket with the infant carseat attached. I also wanted to get a carseat that could do a preemie (just in case) and also go to a higher weight then 20 pounds.....my older two kids hit 20 pounds by time they were 6 months old. So I wanted something I could use for the whole year. The Graco one I found goes from 5-30 pounds. The length was a bit longer then the 20 pound ones as well.
Target and Baby's R Us has both the Chicco and the Graco brands. I did find that if I wanted the 5-30 pound seat with the travel system I could only find that at Baby's R Us. It seems like they had a bigger selection. You could also check online for both stores as I know sometimes they carry things only online. For me I wanted to be able to try the stroller and carseat out before buying, so did not want to order online.
I did go online though to read reviews about the strollers I was looking at. Thus the knowledge about the basket not being accessible when carseat was attached.
