If you go up to the top right hand corner where the icon of the little person is. Mouse over brings up a drop down menu - one of the options is Messages :)

I'm not going to sugar coat it - Yes. Every woman is different, and all I can say is that there are options available to give you comfort. I would personally not choose them, because I don't want either my baby born full of drugs, nor do I want people sticking needles in my spine unless it is absolutely necessary for the health of myself and my baby. There's no two ways about it, you will experience some level of pain regardless of what you choose. You should try to go to some birthing classes to help you have your questions answered and to help you look at all of your pain management options. It helps to have a birth plan before you go in to have your baby so that you are clear on the options you want available to you.
