While you might want to get him evaluated by a doctor eventually if this keeps up, he could very well just be a normal but very active two-year-old. Boys especially tend to lag behind in language compared to girls, so his not making any sense isn't too worrisome right now, especially if he is able to get his wants fulfilled.

When my kids were the same age we made sure they got plenty of exercise throughout the day and usually finished off the day with a bit of swimming to wear them out, followed by a bath to settle them down.

If he's not making sense w/ his words... I'd get his hearing evaluated since that's the first step for speech therapy. Everything may be fine there, but I think it's better to be proactive w/ speech. Other than that it just sounds like he may need more outlets for his high energy.

It sounds like eh just has a lot of energy. I would take him outside and let him play. What do you mean "have just moved home?"
My 29 month old has energy too. He may be jealous, he may want your attention. Two year olds do NOT go out of their way to annoy. They are babies and learning. They all scream, they like the sound of it.

That's why I said take him for walks, tire him out. Play with sidewalk chalk, take him for a bike ride etc....
They have never ending energy at this age. You HAVE to give them an outlet.
