is it alright for my 10 month old baby to have 15oz cow milk per day?

Any formula they all pretty much have the same ingredients and serve the same purpose, as far as portions follow the directions on the canister.

No. At this age they should have breastmilk or formula only (in addition to experimenting with solid foods). Your baby's tummy is not likely to be ready for the proteins in cow's milk yet. It can also DEPLETE essential iron stores in your baby's body and have a negative effect on the development of your baby. For the long term health of you baby, you should wait for another couple of months - this is what the World Health Organisation AND pediatricians recommend.

Absolutely not! Formula or breastmilk supplemented with some solids, exactly as Jodi stated!
