Is it bully?

Recently, my eleven years old has been playing mean pranks and saying swear words to me and her friends. But everytime after doing this, she giggles and says "just joking". The teacher agrees her pranks were pretty funny, but still she told me that's very impolite and rude.

When I talk to my daughter, she refuses to stop this bad habit. She always says,"Don't you have a sense of humour? I'm just joking!"

Anyway, my question is: Should I let my daughter do this? Should I stop her? I hope I can have some helpful advice, thanks!

Are you actually asking if its ok for your daughter to swear at you and her friends? Even in jest, who wants their 11 year old swearing like a fishwife? Honestly, you actually have to ask this?

How do you stop it? You remove privileges, you ground her. Nice young children don't speak like this.
