I feel not good to see my son who's only a month and a half try to stand and step. i afraid that he will get illness related to the bones because his age is too much young.

If you are holding him upright and he is "trying to stand", stepping is actually instinctual. So long as he is appropriately supported (by the neck, along his sides and back so he doesnt throw his balance off), allowing your baby to work his muscles is a good thing. If he seems tired, stop. If he seems uncomfortable, stop. If YOU feel uncomfortable, stop.
ETA he probably wont walk or stand on his own for months. Dont encourage that.

Wait until he has better control of his neck and body. He's a few months to young, but I don't know if it will cause bone problems or not.
